It started with the Concept of Love.. and we called it 'Under The Same Moon', a love letter to language and conversation, the teachings of nature and its network, and an elevation of self through generational knowledge. I created this concept taking inspiration from the rich cultural history of Northern Africa — and the artisanal connection between the land and spoken language — the collection is a mix of woven tapestries, jacquard suits, and natural henna dyes which are used to reflect the tradition of North African craftsmanship and the use of natural materials. The story also leans into the power of nature; an illustration of a plant network can be spotted in various summer styles, all designed in an assemblage of earthy tones.
